Brady, an international manufacturer and marketer of complete solutions that identify and protect premises, products and people, is looking for a seasoned and passionate “Channel Partner Marketeer”.

About the job

You start with the creation of a content and publishing strategy to ensure that we have the right content for the right persona at the right time and for the right channel, fully aligned with the business objectives and mapped to the customer journey. You then take ownership of the execution of the strategy, i.e. the design, creation and publishing of all marcom content, in the different languages required for our region.

In detail, your main responsibilities will involve:

You create an overall content strategy as well as a yearly content plan and budget, in line with overall business goals and the EMEA marketing plan, and aligned with the customer journey.

You manage the content team such that content and sales support tools are delivered timely, in line with the required messaging, positioning and value proposition and suited for the communication channel used to distribute the content.

You co-ordinate marketing projects as per the marketing plan and process, assign tasks to the content specialists and follow up on timely execution.

You provide clear direction on the further development of the platforms used for content creation (STEP), storage (Widen) and sharing (Showpad). You work with the respective Brady teams and Showpad on the execution of a prioritized project plan.

 

About you

You understand the importance of content and have experience with customer journey based messaging, persona and value proposition development and best practices for online and off line communication. You are a self-motivated person with a results-driven Can Do attitude and the ability to get things done in a timely matter. You have good project management skills, are meticulous to detail, are creative and can challenge others to think out of the box.

 

 
 

You have a bachelor or master degree in marketing.

 

You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing communication management, preferable in an industrial business to business environment.

You have experience with team management in an international environment as well as in a matrix structure.

You are a self-motivated person with a results-driven Can Do attitude and the ability to get things done in a timely matter.
